Refund policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our physical products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is not used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping Charges –

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Cool Springs Plastic Surgery.

Damaged Items –

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Digital Products –

We issue refunds for digital products within seven days of the original purchase of the product.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Refund Processing Time Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Restocking Fees Cool Springs Plastic Surgery does not charge restocking fees for returned items that meet our eligibility criteria.

Treatment Packages and Gift Cards — Treatment packages, prepaid treatment series, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. See our Terms of Service for full redemption terms.
